Operational Safety AdvisorSalary: 40,000- 50,000 and great benefits Location: Salisbury Hours: 4.5-day working week (37.5 hrs) Permanent Full-timeAre you an experienced Health and Safety professional looking to take the next step within a high-hazard manufacturing environment?We are recruiting for an Operational Safety Advisor to join an established manufacturing organisation in the Salisbury area. This is a hands-on role working closely with operational and manufacturing teams to identify hazards, reduce risk and promote a positive, proactive safety culture.You will:Support operational teams with hazard identification and risk assessmentMaintain and improve process risk assessmentsInvestigate accidents, incidents and near misses, identifying root causes and corrective actionsDevelop, implement and maintain HSE policies and proceduresProduce HSE reports and key performance indicatorsSupport internal and external HSE auditsDevelop and deliver HSE trainingSupport emergency planning and emergency arrangementsWork with stakeholders and regulatory bodiesApply UK Health and Safety legislation including CoSHH, DSEAR, PUWER and Fire SafetyHelp drive continuous improvement and a positive safety culture across the operationTo be considered, you will ideally have:NEBOSH Certificate Level 3A minimum of 3 years'' relevant HSE experience within a high-hazard process environmentExperience conducting HSE auditsAccident and incident investigation experienceStrong working knowledge of UK ..... full job details .....
