Job Title: Health and Safety Advisor Location: Flexible - able to travel within our operating region Salary: £46,125 per annum Job type: Permanent, Full Time. 37 hours per week. Closing Date: 1st November 2026. Are you an experienced Health and Safety Advisor with a housing or maintenance background? Why not consider joining our established Health and Safety Team to support the work we do with our Property Services colleagues. With a passion for health and safety you will use your knowledge and experience to assist colleagues to embed best practice ensuring relevant legislation, standards, and codes of practice are applied to specific working environments and activities. Working closely with our trade operational colleagues and leaders, you''ll get insight into the maintenance service provided to our customers and will seek to support that business area as a subject matter expert. Your work will include assisting refreshing risk assessments, investigating significant incidents, providing competent advice, reviewing induction and specific onboarding and carrying out a programme of monitoring to protect colleagues from potential health and safety risks. You''ll be confident in creating reports and providing recommendations to support the best course of action. You''ll work to a prioritised action plan, ensuring momentum is maintained, and key projects progressed through to completion.
