Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining solutions. Producing detailed service reports. Operating vehicles and machinery in a safe manner. Following company procedures and protocols. Cooperating with technical teams and sharing information across the organisation. Making appropriate recommendations and briefing on repairs, diagnostics, and equipment specifications. Building positive relationships with customers. Key Sills and Requirements: Technical Expertise, Auto electrics: 3 years (preferred).
