About the role:
To provide support to-customers in the field; ensuring that the company is represented in a professional manner and managing on-site installations, repairs, and diagnostics.
- Troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and servicing technical and mechanical equipment.
- Providing service and customer support during field visits.
- Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining solutions.
- Producing detailed service reports.
- Operating vehicles and machinery in a safe manner.
- Following company procedures and protocols.
- Cooperating with technical teams and sharing information across the organisation.
- Making appropriate recommendations and briefing on repairs, diagnostics, and equipment specifications.
- Building positive relationships with customers.
Key Sills and Requirements:
Technical Expertise, Auto electrics: 3 years (preferred).
The role requires significant travel, all over the UK, ability to work independently.
Clean full UK driving license essential.
