  • Build and configure PCs and laptops, including Windows 11 operating system configuration
  • Support Microsoft Office 365 environments
  • Carry out Active Directory administration
  • Undertake basic hardware diagnostics and repairs
  • Provide Smart Hands support where required

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Strong deskside / desktop support experience
  • Experience supporting Windows 11
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
  • Experience with Active Directory administration
  • Experience using ServiceNow (S-NOW) or a similar ITSM platform
  • PC and laptop build/configuration experience
  • Asset management experience
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Excellent organisational and administrative abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confident troubleshooting and resolving technical issues independently
  • Ability to take ownership of incidents from initial contact through to resolution

Person Specification

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Highly personable, professional and customer-focused
  • Confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels
  • Comfortable supporting VIP and Executive-level users
  • Able to represent both the customer and service provider to a consistently high standard
  • Proactive and able to take ownership of issues
  • Organised, dependable and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a busy, fully onsite environment

Desirable

  • Previous experience providing AV support
