Manage and update support tickets through the IT ticketing system. Support Microsoft 365, user accounts, endpoint devices and related IT services. Perform basic Windows Server administration and initial incident troubleshooting. Carry out initial network and server incident triage and escalate complex issues where required. Support operational security activities, including security alerts, vulnerability and patch status checks. Prepare, deploy, replace and support PCs, mobile phones, peripherals and other end-user devices. Install, configure and test approved software on PCs and mobile devices. The Skills You''ll Need to Succeed: Proven experience in onsite IT support or helpdesk environments. 1st and 2nd line support experience for PCs, mobile devices, peripherals and business applications. Microsoft 365 administration and user/account management experience. Familiarity with Active Directory or Entra ID is preferred.
