Hours of work: 40 hours per week minimum
Rate of pay: £13.50 - £15.50 per hour depending on shift
6:00am - 14:30pm
14.00pm - 22.30pm
21:30pm - 06:30am
Start date October – December
Are you an experienced recruitment professional with the confidence to manage high-volume staffing contracts in a fast-paced logistics environment? We’re looking for proactive On-Site Co-ordinators to manage teams of shift workers to oversee the delivery of high-volume parcel sorters for a seasonal peak contract based in Atherstone.
What You’ll Be Doing

  • Acting as the primary on-site contact for ensuring delivery and fulfilment of planned workers v forecasted demand
  • Workforce planning of shifts across a 7 day profile
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with on site management teams
  • Producing reports on staffing levels, performance, and costs for both client and agency stakeholders
  • Attendance on daily client calls to deliver fulfilment numbers, understand demand changes
  • Implement strategies in a fast-moving environment to meet client demands
  • Coaching and developing on-site recruitment team, working against strict KPIs and fulfilment quotas
  • Ensure all processes to capture working hours are appropriately logged and authorised to meet weekly payroll deadline.

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in on-site recruitment management, ideally within logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • A people-first approach with the confidence to manage teams and influence at all levels.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new CRMs, recruitment trackers, and shift allocation software
  • Flexibility to adapt to operational demands in a 24/7 environment.
