You will take ownership of recruitment, worker engagement, and on-site performance management, while also supporting administrative and payroll processes.Key Responsibilities Oversee recruitment, onboarding, inductions, and site tours for temporary staffMonitor worker attendance and performance, escalating issues as neededConduct regular reviews and performance meetings with staffCollaborate with the client s management team, attending weekly meetings and reviewing key dataAnalyse and manage site performance on a daily basisBuild and maintain positive working relationships with both the client and the workforceComplete all associated administration and payroll tasks in a timely and accurate mannerRemain professional and composed under pressure What We re Looking For Quick learner with the ..... full job details .....
