One to one support worker

Position: Care Worker - One to One Support - Available for Immediate Start Working Days: Monday to Friday and alternate weekends. We are looking for dedicated Care Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred support to an individual in their own home. This is a rewarding one-to-one support role, where you will work closely with the same individual, building a trusting and supportive relationship while helping them maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life. You will play an important role in providing practical support, companionship and reassurance, while also offering peace of mind to their family. About the Role The role is based in Leighton Buzzard and involves supporting the individual in their own home. Shifts are available 7 days a week, including Monday to Friday and alternate weekends: 07:00 - 14:00 14:00 - 19:00 As a Care Worker, you will provide support tailored to the individual''s needs, helping them feel safe, comfortable and supported throughout the day. Key Responsibilities Monitor, observe and accurately record the individual''s health and wellbeing, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
