On Site Recruitment Manager

Real Personnel are recruiting for an On Site Recruitment Manager to work for one of the UKs leading Recruitment Agencies. The role is a permanent position direct with the employer. The salary for this role is 30,000 per annum and a full time position. You will also recive bonuses upto 800 per quater. You will be working on a large manufacturing site in the G33 area of Glasgow and responsible for the daily managment and recruitment of between (Apply online only) operatives on site. The main duties : Leading the internal recruitment process Sourcing new employees Coordinating interviews and negotiating contracts with recruits.
