On site Co-Ordinator /Performance Coach

Hours             ~          TBC but must be flexible and work occasional weekends/evenings

Pay                  ~          £32,000pa

Job Description – On site Co-ordinator and Performance coach - (Chilled Environment)

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a similar role within a chilled warehouse environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and effectively manage a team.
- Solid understanding of people management practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to adapt and perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all agency warehouse operations during the day or night shift.
- Foster effective collaboration between Pertemps staff and client teams.
- Ensure all agency staff consistently wear the correct Health and Safety Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Lead and support warehouse staff to maintain high levels of productivity and performance.
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Organise and conduct monthly staff engagement sessions (‘surgeries’) to address issues, gather feedback, and provide support.
- Coordinate and assist with recruitment and induction days.
