OFSTED Registered Manager – 4 Bed EBD Home (Stoke-on-Trent, ST10)

Salary: £60,000 (including bonuses)
Location: Stoke-on-Trent, ST10
Service Type: 4 Bed EBD Children’s Residential Home

We are seeking an experienced and motivated OFSTED Registered Manager to lead our brand-new 4-bed Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) home in Stoke-on-Trent. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a lasting impact on young people’s lives while being part of a supportive and progressive organisation.

• Provide strong, child-focused leadership to ensure the highest standards of care and safeguarding.

• Oversee daily operations, compliance, and management of the home in line with OFSTED regulations.

• Build, develop, and inspire a team of dedicated care professionals.

• Ensure individualised care plans and positive outcomes for all young people.

• Drive continuous improvement and maintain a “Good” or “Outstanding” OFSTED rating.

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a children’s residential setting.

• Strong knowledge of OFSTED regulations and Children’s Homes Regulations 2015.

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).

• Excellent leadership, safeguarding, and communication skills.
