Office Manager £50,000 - £60,000 London, UKPermanent - Office Based Our client is seeking a proactive and professional Office Manager to join their close-knit team. This is a varied, hands-on role that combines facilities and office management with driving support for senior leadership. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining a professional office environment while providing discreet, reliable support to the leadership team. What you''ll do:Oversee the daily running of the office.Manage office supplies, meeting rooms and facilities.Provide safe, discreet executive driving for senior leadership.Liaise with building management, contractors and suppliers.Support office administration and ad hoc business needs.Assist with office transition projects.Manage company vehicles, servicing, maintenance and compliance.Adapt to changing business needs, including occasional evening or weekend work.Who you are:Experienced in Office Management or Facilities Coordination.A valid UK driving licence, preferably 10+ years driving experience. Highly organised with strong administrative skills.Proven experience supporting senior leadership team.
