This is a full-time opportunity for a period of 10 months.This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and consistent operation of our office environment, aligning with our business values and supporting a globally consistent workplace culture.Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations and ensure alignment with global office standards.Maintain clear and effective communication across the wider team and business.Manage and monitor office budgets, spend, and procurement processes.Act as primary liaison for office security in collaboration with IT and building security.Coordinate visitor access, manage booking systems, and attend building management meetings.Serve as the first point of contact for telephone and meeting inquiries, relaying messages as required.Ensure health and safety (including COVID policies) are current and compliant; complete regular checklists.Oversee onboarding for new starters and maintain up-to-date office manuals.Manage meeting room facilities, AV equipment, hospitality, and catering needs.Key Skills and Experience
