Office Manager Location: Dunstable Salary: Up to £45,000, depending on experience Contract: Permanent, full-time Sector: Administration About the Role A successful construction business needs more than effective administration it needs someone who can bring organisation, consistency and structure to a busy working environment. As Office Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of the head office, working closely with the COO and providing support across the wider business. You ll play a key role in connecting head office with construction sites, senior management and external contacts, ensuring information is communicated clearly and important actions, records and deadlines are kept on track. This is a hands-on position where you ll have the opportunity to take ownership, improve processes and make a genuine difference to the way the business operates. What s on Offer Salary of up to £45,000, dependent on experience. A permanent, full-time position with responsibility for the effective running of the head office. Regular interaction with the COO and senior leadership team, supporting key operational activities. A broad and varied role covering administration, construction operations, compliance, HR and procurement support. The opportunity to develop and improve existing systems, processes and working practices.
