You ll need to be highly organised, proactive, resilient and confident managing multiple priorities. This is not a role for someone who wants the same routine every day the business is growing, and this role will grow with it.What you ll be doing: Office and business administration support across 3 businessesPA support to directorsDiary management and meeting coordinationAccounts prep and chasing unpaid invoicesProcurement support, research, costings and POsProject admin support to Project ManagersManaging compliance and safety documentation including HandS and ISO ( includes occasional site visits)Improving processes and driving efficiencySupporting tenders, proposals and general business operationsManaging documents, filing and project foldersLiaising with external IT supportAnswering phones and helping keep everything running smoothly What we re looking for: At least 5 years experience in a similar roleIdeally a background in construction, development, property or similarStrong organisational and multitasking ..... full job details .....
