Office Coordinator (Temporary)Location: Holborn Duration: 2 months initially (potential to extend, TBC Perm notices.) Start Date: ASAP (Wednesday/Thursday start available) Pay Rate: 16- 18 per hour Working Pattern: 4 days per week (office-based)Monday - Thursday, 8:30am - 5:30pm OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and personable Office Coordinator to join a busy and dynamic London office. This role sits within the People function and plays a key role in ensuring the office runs smoothly while delivering an excellent experience for employees and visitors.This is a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a strong focus on employee engagement, events, and day-to-day operational excellence. Key Responsibilities - please note this is a perm job spec, not all responsibilities will be covered in the role. Office and Operations SupportAct as the main point of contact for all day-to-day office queriesManage front-of-house duties including greeting visitors and handling deliveriesLiaise with building management regarding access, maintenance, and office requestsOversee office supplies, kitchen stock, and general inventoryConduct regular office checks and proactively resolve or escalate issuesSupport vendor coordination, purchase orders, and invoice trackingAssist with IT and equipment setup for new startersMaintain office systems such as digital signageEnsure health and safety compliance, including first aid and fire safety processesSupport sustainability initiatives and office best ..... full job details .....
