We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic Office Assistant to join our growing team. The Role As an Office Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of our office, providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth administration and general business operations. Key Responsibilities Answer telephone calls and respond to customer enquiries professionally. Manage incoming emails and distribute correspondence. Prepare quotations, sales orders and invoices. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Liaise with customers and transport companies. Maintain accurate records and filing systems. Support the sales team with administrative tasks. Organise appointments and office documentation. Skills and Experience Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Confident using computer systems and learning new software. Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently. Friendly, professional and customer-focused approach. Good numerical skills and accuracy when processing orders.
