Responsibilities

• Collect, transport, and deliver packages, documents, and other items safely and efficiently
• Ensure timely delivery to designated locations within project timelines
• Keep accurate records of items handled and maintain delivery logs
• Handle office movement of small equipment and supplies as requested
• Perform routine checks for safe handling and storage of items
• Maintain professional and courteous interaction with internal teams and visitors
• Monitor and report any delivery or logistical issues promptly
• Follow company safety and security procedures at all times

Must-have Requirements

• Fluency in spoken English
• Good level of physical fitness to carry out manual handling tasks
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Punctual and reliable with attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Familiarity with safe handling procedures

Nice-to-have Skills

• Previous experience in an office porter, facilities, or logistics role
• Knowledge of basic health and safety requirements
• Good interpersonal skills for dealing with various departments
