Wise May are looking for a proactive Office Administrator to join a friendly and collaborative Law Firm based in the City of London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a personable and proactive individual looking to build a career within office support and administration, with an apprenticeship offered.This is a permanent, fully office-based role.Office Administrator duties and responsibilities:Meeting and greeting clients and visitors.Answering and directing incoming calls.Providing reception and front-of-house support.Supporting with facilities and general office administration.CRM/database management and data cleansing.Conducting research and updating internal systems.Preparing documents and bundles ahead of meetings.Supporting with events and office coordination tasks.Assisting with marketing and administrative projects.Managing ad hoc office tasks and providing support across the wider team.Office Administrator key skills and experience required:Proactive and willing to assist wherever needed.Confident communicating with senior stakeholders.Organised with strong attention to detail.Friendly and professional manner.Self-sufficient with a positive attitude.Strong communication skills.Keen to learn and develop professionally.Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.Previous experience within a customer-facing role.Company Benefits:Season ticket loan.Onsite gym.Wellness initiatives including PT/Yoga sessions. ..... full job details .....
