We’re looking for a friendly, organised Office Administrator to join our team! This is a varied role where no two days are the same, perfect if you enjoy being busy and helping things run smoothly.
Responsibilities
Handle calls, monitor email inboxes and welcome visitors.
Keep on top of office supplies and deliveries.
Process invoices, purchase orders, returns and credits.
Support HR tasks, timesheets, holidays, expenses and onboarding.
Liaise with customers, suppliers and subcontractors.
Book in surveys, job appointments, and vehicle servicing.
Maintain accurate records and assist with project documentation.
Support colleagues, managers and estimators as required.
Carry out general office duties as required.
What we’re looking for
Friendly, flexible, and proactive with a can-do attitude.
Great communicator, highly organised, and detail focused.
Confident using Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
3+ years’ admin experience (construction experience a bonus!).
