R S Skips Ltd is an established skip hire and waste management company based in Shorne, Kent. We are seeking to employ an experienced Admin Assistant to join our friendly team. Experience in the waste/skip hire or transport/haulage industry would be preferred.Responsibilities
Processing orders via email, phone and onlineScheduling and organising driver sheetsAllocating jobs to driversApplying for skip road licensesKeeping social media up to date (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)Keep the vehicle and drivers data up to dateOther Admin DutiesRequirements and Skills
A team player with high-level dedicationExcellent customer service skills with a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional mannerAble to be bright, confident, and self-motivatedCan work under pressure in a busy, fast-paced environmentCan multi-taskAble to work independentlyAble to work well in a team, share responsibilities, communicate well, and offer assistance to other staff when requiredHave knowledge of the use of social mediaBasic computer skills required: Microsoft, Outlook, etc.Experience preferred but not compulsory in the waste, skip hire, haulage, or transport industry. Training will be provided on our bespoke transport software.Must drive due to the office location in Shorne. There is no public transport available in the area.Work Details
