Overview

A HR and Office Administrator is required for a London based role supporting both office operations and HR administration. This position ensures the smooth running of daily office functions while supporting employees and managers with HR processes, including onboarding and offboarding, maintaining the HR information system (HRIS), facilities management, compliance and health and safety monitoring. The role is suited to someone highly organised, proactive and detail-driven who enjoys problem solving, supporting teams and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and reports to the COO.Responsibilities

Oversee office management and administration to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Manage HR administration including onboarding, offboarding and employee records.Maintain and update the HR Information System (HRIS).Support compliance with HR policies, procedures and best practice.Manage health and safety monitoring, reporting and documentation.Support facilities management and office maintenance requirements.Act as a point of contact for staff queries and provide effective communication across teams.Assist with HR reporting and provide support to senior management when required.Ensure deadlines are met and processes are completed accurately.Qualifications

Strong experience in office management and HR administration.Knowledge of HR legislation and best practice.Experience using HR Information Systems (HRIS).Health and safety monitoring and documentation experience.Highly organised with strong attention to detail.Excellent time management and ability to prioritise tasks.Strong communication skills with the ability to support multiple teams.Proactive, problem-solving approach with a flexible mindset.Desirable: ISO experience, spreadsheet expertise, CIPD Level 5 qualification.Additional Information
