An excellent opportunity for an Experienced Office Administrator to join a well-established company based just outside of Ipswich.

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent.
Salary: £32,0000-34,000 Depending on Experience

About the Company:

They are an established independent company operating 38 fully equipped Commercial Tyre fitting vans throughout Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk, Cambs, Hunts. They are looking to expand their administration team within the Ipswich office - based 3 miles South of Ipswich.

Role & Requirements:

The company are offering a new position to join their friendly team in their growing business.

The applicant would need to work Mon-Fri 8.30-5.30 with a 30 minute lunch.

They are looking for someone who is computer literate, friendly, self-motivated, a team player and someone who has a good eye for detail. There is a large volume of work to be carried out so it would be suited to someone who enjoys working under administrative pressure in a lively and busy atmosphere.

General office duties include:

• Dealing with incoming customer phone calls, taking on jobs and dealing with queries
• Managing your own Emails.
• Inputting worksheet details into multiple online portals.
• Invoicing
• Chasing customer Order Numbers
• Some basic duties including filing, scanning, spreadsheets are required
