Office Administrator Location: Elsenham, Hertfordshire Salary: £28,000 per annum Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Hours: Monday - Friday. Full time. Office based. The Role We are looking for a highly organised Office Administrator to join a busy and growing team based in Elsenham. This is a varied role that will see you supporting customers, colleagues and suppliers, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. The successful candidate will be a confident communicator with excellent attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment. This role offers plenty of variety and the opportunity to develop as the business continues to grow. Key Responsibilities Managing incoming calls and emails, responding professionally and efficiently Processing customer orders, returns and enquiries Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems Raising purchase orders and supporting general administration Preparing and processing documentation Supporting customer accounts and helping to build strong client relationships Chasing outstanding invoices and assisting with account administration Working closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth customer experience Providing general administrative support across the office About You Previous administration experience within a business environment Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload effectively Strong attention to detail and accuracy Confident ..... full job details .....
