Quest Waste Management .QWM Group is going through an exciting period of growth and development, and we’re looking for motivated individuals to join us on this journey. We specialise in Drainage, Industrial Services, Tankering, and Emergency Callouts, with our headquarters in Ossett, West Yorkshire, and additional depots in Sutton-in-Ashfield (Nottinghamshire) and Leeds. This role is a fantastic opportunity to become a key part of our office team, supporting both customer service and administration, and playing a vital role in the smooth running of our operations.We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organised individual with experience in an office environment (preferably in transport, drainage, or scheduling). Most importantly, you’ll be customer-focused, adaptable, and willing to grow with us.Responsibilities

Dealing with inbound and outbound enquiries via telephone and emailProviding excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholdersPlanning and scheduling jobs through our CRM systemRaising quotations and processing invoicesGeneral administrative support including filing, scanning, photocopying, and post allocationProducing reports and updating office systemsAssisting the Health and Safety Manager with admin tasks and occasional equipment collection for site operativesSupporting colleagues across departments with ad-hoc duties as requiredQualities and Attributes

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong planning, organisational and IT skills (Microsoft Office essential; CRM/Big Change experience desirable)Confident telephone manner with a customer-first approachAble to work independently and as part of a teamPersonable, professional, and committed to maintaining the company’s reputationWillingness to learn new skills in line with company growthRequirements

Minimum 1 year in Customer Service/Admin role (required)Experience in Planning or Scheduling (required)Full UK Driving Licence (required)What We Offer
