Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Inverkeithing
Hours: Part time
Structure: Mon- Fri
Contract Type: Permanent

We are seeking a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join our growing team. This is a varied and dynamic role that supports the day-to-day operations of the office and overseeing the scheduling with our contractors. Main Duties:

  • Overseeing the schedule for contractors and liaising with the team
  • Manage incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer service
  • Manage inbox and work orders
  • Monitor and order stock, batteries, and office supplies
  • Oversee MOT servicing and vehicle maintenance schedules
  • Assist with service visit bookings and annual/biannual maintenance planning

Personal Requirements:

  • Background in scheduling and liaising with contractors
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Collaborative team player
  • Organised individual
