If so, this could be the perfect role for you!We''re looking for an Administrator to join our client''s Hurst office-someone with great communication skills, strong IT abilities, and a positive, "can-do" approach.The role is Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm with an hour for lunch and comes with 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.Duties includeHandling incoming calls and directing enquiries with professionalismProviding support to clients and colleaguesOpening, sorting, and preparing incoming and outgoing postMaintaining client web portalsScanning, saving, and distributing documentsHelping manage the company attendance rotaSupporting colleagues with basic IT queriesUpdating and maintaining spreadsheets and data logsPrinting sampling labels and information sheetsLiaising with engineers about queriesPreparing renewal lists and liaising with contract managersRaising, sending, and chasing renewal quotesSetting up and cancelling contractsAssisting with Logbooks and risk assessmentsData entry and spreadsheet maintenanceSkills/ExperiencePrevious office experienceA confident, professional telephone mannerStrong IT skills, particularly in Word, Excel and OutlookExcellent organisation and attention to detailPlease note that we will only contact those candidates that we assess as ..... full job details .....
