Ocean Export Operator

Our client, a freight forwarder is looking for an Ocean Export Operator to join their office in Basildon.Duties• Able to work independently within the export process• Be able to deal with all export shipments from start to finish• Knows supplier conditions, deliver terms, Inco terms and purchasing conditions• Good knowledge of computer system, and invoicing• Knowledge and experience of Customs and documentation• Good communication skills• Able to manage own working time effectively Key Activities: -• Work according to the export process: including all country specific requirements i.e. • Responsible for customer contacts • Assist in supplier and customer queries• Assure timely billing as per company policy• Deal with all aspects of Exports• Deal with all customer issues• Provide excellent customer service• Correct flow of ..... full job details .....
