Occupational Therapist

Nocturnal Recruitment is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a locality-based Health and Adult Social Services (HASS) multidisciplinary team. This is an opportunity to deliver meaningful, person-centred interventions that support adults to live safely and independently within their communities. You will contribute to a collaborative, integrated health and social care environment, undertaking complex assessments and leading on major adaptations. Key Responsibilities Conduct complex occupational therapy assessments, delivering holistic and person-centred evaluations for individuals with diverse health needs and their carers Assess, design, and recommend major adaptations and complex equipment, including interpreting plans, preparing sketches, and producing detailed specifications Complete comprehensive manual handling assessments and provide clear, practical guidance for safe mobility, transfers, and positioning Recommend and review both standard and specialist equipment, ensuring safe use in line with legislation and policy Manage and prioritise a complex caseload, progressing cases efficiently through the service Develop and review support plans collaboratively with service users, within social care and housing legislation frameworks Work closely within a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care delivery Maintain accurate, compliant records in ..... full job details .....
