Nursing Manager - Henleigh Hall

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager (RGN) to lead a 60+bed nursing and dementia care home in South Yorkshire. You will bring strong operational expertise and a genuine passion for person-centred care, leading a dedicated team to deliver exceptional standards for every resident.

Location: South Yorkshire
Hours: 09:00 - 17:00
Salary: -65,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities

• Home Leadership - Lead and inspire your team, embedding a culture of high-quality, person-centred care.
• Clinical & Operational Oversight - Oversee all clinical and operational functions, ensuring CQC compliance and maintaining a ''Good'' or above rating.
• Team Development - Recruit, mentor, and develop staff, building a positive and capable workforce.
• Dementia & Nursing Care - Lead the delivery of specialist dementia and general nursing care to the highest standards.
• Governance & Risk - Maintain robust governance frameworks including risk assessments, incident management, and safe systems of work.
• Financial Management - Manage budgets effectively and optimise occupancy.

Essential Requirements

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active NMC registration.
• Minimum of 3 years'' experience as a Registered Home Manager.
• CQC ''Good'' rating evidenced within the last 3 years.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
