We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager (RGN) to lead a 60+bed nursing and dementia care home in South Yorkshire. You will bring strong operational expertise and a genuine passion for person-centred care, leading a dedicated team to deliver exceptional standards for every resident.Location: South YorkshireHours: 09:00 - 17:00Salary: 65,000 per annumKey ResponsibilitiesHome Leadership - Lead and inspire your team, embedding a culture of high-quality, person-centred care.Clinical and Operational Oversight - Oversee all clinical and operational functions, ensuring CQC compliance and maintaining a ''Good'' or above rating.Team Development - Recruit, mentor, and develop staff, building a positive and capable workforce.Dementia and Nursing Care - Lead the delivery of specialist dementia and general nursing care to the highest standards.Governance and Risk - Maintain robust governance frameworks including risk assessments, incident management, and safe systems of work.Financial Management - Manage budgets effectively and optimise occupancy.Essential RequirementsRegistered General Nurse (RGN) with active NMC registration.Minimum of 3 years'' experience as a Registered Home Manager.CQC ''Good'' rating evidenced within the last 3 years.Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent). ..... full job details .....
