Temp, Full-time, Part-timeWe are looking for a enthusiastic childcare professional with experience, Nursery Practitioners / Nursery Assistant on a bank basis.The creche will cater for children with age between 1 and 6 years old, providing childcare services for a private members\'' club (within the New Fulham Stadium).The role of the Nursery Practitioner / Assistant involves:Being proactive whilst using your initiative throughout the working day to support the staff team.Being a team player.Caring for the children s well-being.Safeguarding the children and having their best interests at heart.Educating the children in a play-based environment.Fully engaging and interacting with the children whilst supporting their individual needs.Requirements

Bank StaffHold a relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or Level 3)Unqualified 1 year previous experience working in nursery or childcare settingsBe passionate about supporting children\''s development and learningPossess excellent communication and interpersonal skillsBe flexible and adaptable to different nursery environmentsDemonstrate a positive and professional attitudeHave the ability to use their initiativeHave a strong understanding of safeguarding proceduresBe able to work independently as well as part of a teamShow a commitment to ongoing professional developmentBe willing to travel up to 45 minutes from homeHave an up to date DBS check on the update system (or be willing to obtain one through Plus Staff Recruitment)Benefits
