Nursery Worker - Bank Staff (Agency) Location: Fulham Salary: £12.50 to £15 per hour Hours: 8:30am to 6:30pm (Monday to Friday) Contract: Temp, Full-time, Part-time We are looking for a enthusiastic childcare professional with experience, Nursery Practitioners / Nursery Assistant on a bank basis. The creche will cater for children with age between 1 and 6 years old, providing childcare services for a private members'' club (within the New Fulham Stadium). The role of the Nursery Practitioner / Assistant involves: Being proactive whilst using your initiative throughout the working day to support the staff team. Being a team player. Caring for the children s well-being. Safeguarding the children and having their best interests at heart. Educating the children in a play-based environment. Fully engaging and interacting with the children whilst supporting their individual needs. Requirements: Bank Staff Hold a relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or Level 3) Unqualified 1 year previous experience working in nursery or childcare settings Be passionate about supporting children''s development and learning Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills Be flexible and adaptable to different nursery environments Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude Have the ability to use their initiative Have a strong understanding of safeguarding procedures Be able to work independently as well as part of a team Show a commitment to ongoing professional ..... full job details .....
