Early Years Teaching Assistant
to join their team.Responsibilities of the
Nursery Teaching Assistant
:Provide tailored support to children in Early Years, fostering their development and learning.Assist with creating engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth.Support children with SEN on a one-to-one or small group basis using a child-centred approach.Work collaboratively with the nursery staff to ensure a safe and inclusive environment.Help with personal care needs, including nappy changing, while ensuring children feel respected and comfortable.Observe and record children''s progress, sharing insights with staff and parents to support their development.Requirements of the Nursery Teaching Assistant:Previous experience in a primary school or nursery setting.Strong knowledge and understanding of Early Years education and SEN support.Ability to build nurturing relationships with young children.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.A compassionate, patient, and proactive approach.Have an
