As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the class teacher and helping children aged 3–5 years flourish in a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment. This is a full-time position, ideal for someone who is enthusiastic, patient, and committed to making a positive impact in early education.Key Responsibilities:Supporting children’s learning through play and structured activitiesAssisting with phonics, early numeracy, and social developmentHelping to create a warm and engaging classroom environmentProviding one-to-one and small group supportSupporting children with additional needs where requiredCollaborating with teachers and other staff to ensure the best outcomes for pupilsRequirements:Previous experience working with children in an Early Years setting (school or nursery)A relevant childcare or teaching assistant qualification (e.g. CACHE Level 2/3, NVQ, or equivalent)A genuine passion for early childhood educationExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsEnhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)Why Work With Us?
