40 hours per weekKey Responsibilities:Lead and manage the daily running of the nursery room, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for childrenPlan, prepare, and deliver engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) frameworkSupport, mentor, and supervise room staff, ensuring high-quality practice and professional developmentBuild strong relationships with parents, carers, and team membersMonitor and record children’s progress, ensuring individual learning needs are metEnsure compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all timesWhat We’re Looking For:Level 3 or above in Childcare/Early Years qualificationPrevious experience as a Room Leader or in a senior nursery roleStrong leadership, communication, and organisational skillsA caring, proactive, and professional attitudeWhy Join?Supportive team environmentOpportunities for career development and further ..... full job details .....
