Lead the planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your roomCreate a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environmentFoster a high-performing team through supportive leadershipOversee development and wellbeing of children; track progress and communicate with parentsAct as Key Person, meeting holistic development and personal care needsEnsure health and safety standards are met and the environment is clean and secureRequired Qualifications
