Room Leader

starting in

September . This is a key leadership role suited to someone passionate about early years education and skilled in managing a small team to deliver high-quality care and learning.Responsibilities

Oversee the daily running of the room, ensuring routines and activities are well-organised and child-focused.Lead and support a team of up to 5–6 practitioners, promoting best practice and encouraging professional development.Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework.Monitor and record children’s progress, identifying areas for support and development.Ensure all safeguarding, health and safety, and hygiene procedures are consistently followed.Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and colleagues to build trust and transparency.What We’re Looking For

Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare.Previous experience as a Room Leader or in a supervisory role.Paediatric First Aid certification.Strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures.Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.A proactive, professional, and nurturing approach to working with children and staff.What We Offer
