Role:

Room Leader (full-time, on-site) in Tring. Salary up to 33k. The Room Leader will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a nursery room, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for children. Responsibilities include planning and implementing educational activities, supervising and supporting other staff members, maintaining records of children’s progress, and communicating with parents and guardians. The Room Leader will also ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.Qualifications

Early years education qualifications, such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalentExperience in planning and implementing educational activities for young childrenSkills in supervising and supporting team membersAbility to maintain accurate and detailed records of children''s progress and developmentExcellent communication skills with children, parents, and colleaguesUnderstanding of health, safety, and hygiene practices in a nursery settingFirst Aid and safeguarding training is desirableSeniority level
