Busy Bees Lewes, rated Good by Ofsted, is a small center with a capacity of 51 children, featuring three dedicated rooms and a sleep room for rest. Our nursery boasts two gardens, providing ample outdoor space for play and exploration. We actively engage with the community through regular walks, helping children connect with their surroundings. Lead the planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your room.Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children.Foster a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration.Oversee the development and wellbeing of children, ensuring their progress is tracked and communicated with parents.Take on the role of Key Person, ensuring the holistic development and personal care needs of a group of children.Ensure health and safety standards are met, maintaining a clean and secure environment.Ideal Candidate

Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience ideally as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager or Nursery Practitioner.Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.Passionate about fostering children’s development and creating positive relationships with families.Seniority level
