Our client is looking for a passionate and dedicated Nursery Room Leader to join a beautiful, bright nursery that offers a true home-from-home feel. This is the perfect role for an experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner who is ready to take the next step in their career and lead a supportive and growing team.Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a team of practitioners to deliver outstanding childcare and education.Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).Support and mentor staff, promoting professional growth and development.Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety standards are always met.Qualifications

A Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (or equivalent).Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.Excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework.A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach.Strong communication and organisational skills.Benefits and Additional Details
