The Role As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play an important role in providing high-quality care, education and support to children aged 0-5 years. You will work as part of a dedicated team to create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, develop and reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities Support the learning, development and wellbeing of children aged 0-5 in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Create a safe, welcoming, stimulating and nurturing environment where children feel secure and encouraged to learn. Plan and participate in engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children''s social, emotional, physical and cognitive development. Recognise and support children''s individual needs, interests, abilities and stages of development. Encourage children to develop their confidence, independence, communication and social skills.
