THE ROLE As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play an important role in providing high-quality care, education and support to children aged 0-5 years. You will work as part of a dedicated team to create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, develop and reach their full potential. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support the learning, development and wellbeing of children aged 0-5 in line with the EYFS framework. Provide high-quality care and support to children in a safe and nurturing environment. Create engaging, stimulating and age-appropriate learning experiences. Plan and participate in activities that support children''s social, emotional, physical and cognitive development. Recognise and respond to each child''s individual needs, interests and stage of development. Encourage children''s confidence, independence, communication and social skills.
