Job Title: Qualified Teaching Assistant (Level 2/3 Childcare or Early Years Support) Location: Worcester (WR Postcode Area) Contract: Full-time / Part-time / Term-time onlyAbout the Role: We are recruiting Qualified Teaching Assistants to join schools across Worcester. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting children s education and development. Please note: A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Supporting Teaching and Learning, or Early Years is mandatory for this role.Key Responsibilities: Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons. Work with individual pupils and small groups to encourage learning progress. Assist in classroom preparation, organisation, and daily routines. Provide additional support to children with varying needs. Contribute to creating a safe, nurturing, and positive learning environment. Essential Requirements: Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Supporting Teaching and Learning, or Early Years (mandatory). Previous experience working in schools or early years settings. Strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
