Job Title: Qualified Teaching Assistant (Level 2/3 – Childcare or Early Years Support)
Location: Worcester (WR Postcode Area)
Contract: Full-time / Part-time / Term-time only

About the Role:
We are recruiting Qualified Teaching Assistants to join schools across Worcester. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting children’s education and development.

Please note: A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Supporting Teaching & Learning, or Early Years is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.

• Work with individual pupils and small groups to encourage learning progress.

• Assist in classroom preparation, organisation, and daily routines.

• Provide additional support to children with varying needs.

• Contribute to creating a safe, nurturing, and positive learning environment.

Essential Requirements:

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Supporting Teaching & Learning, or Early Years (mandatory).

• Previous experience working in schools or early years settings.

• Strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills.

• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

• Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check (or already have one on the update service).
