Key worker to a small group of children, completing observations and assessments, planning next stepsWorking with EYFS framework, set up age appropriate activities in a safe, nurturing environmentBe flexible and able to move within the nursery to work with the different ranges of children as requiredSupporting children with personal care, sleep and meal timesBuilding positive relationships with parents and carersTo administer medicines as necessary according to nursery rules and proceduresTo maintain accurate records including accident, incident and medicationEffectively work as part of a team, promote equal opportunityTo attend all staff meetings and participate in training as requireWorking 40 hours per weekBenefits
