Nursery Nurse

We are excited to be recruiting for a Level 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioner to join a thriving and welcoming primary school in Ealing. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced early years professional who is passionate about supporting children''s early development and learning in a warm, inclusive environment.

Role Responsibilities:

• Support and guide children''s learning and development following the EYFS framework

• Create a warm, caring environment where every child feels safe, valued, and encouraged

• Deliver engaging activities that spark curiosity and promote independence

• Assist with daily routines, classroom preparation, and maintaining a safe, stimulating learning space

• Work closely with the class teacher, SEN staff, and parents/carers to ensure each child''s needs are met

• Contribute to assessments and observations to track and support children''s progress

• Promote positive behaviour and social skills through modelling and encouragement

What We''re Looking For:

• Level 3 qualification in childcare/early years (or equivalent) - essential

• Strong knowledge and experience of EYFS principles and practice

• A team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive, flexible attitude

• Genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their holistic development

• Someone able to commit to full-time hours and confidently commute to Ealing

• Availability to start as soon as possible
