Nursery Nurse – Near Stroud

At Zero2Five, we’re working with a well-established, Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ nursery set in beautiful surroundings near Stroud, looking for a passionate and dedicated Nursery Nurse to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a warm, supportive environment where you’ll play a key role in helping children aged 0–5 learn, grow, and thrive every day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding care and learning experiences
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment
  • Plan and deliver fun, stimulating activities
  • Support children’s development (physical, emotional, social, cognitive)
  • Monitor progress & share updates with parents and staff
  • Ensure safeguarding and wellbeing at all times
  • Help maintain an organised, welcoming setting

Essential Criteria

  • Level 2 or 3 qualification (NVQ, CACHE or equivalent)
  • Experience with early years / babies & toddlers (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding & health & safety
