We are recruiting for a Nursery Manager to lead a well-established nursery provision in Grays, conveniently located close to Grays Train Station. The setting has been successfully operating for the past year and currently cares for 20 children, with capacity for up to 32 children. About the Role As Nursery Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of a single-room nursery, ensuring high standards of care, learning, safeguarding, and compliance. You will lead a small team, support children''s development, and build positive relationships with families and external stakeholders. What''s on Offer?
